I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation, so you can get a sense of whether we have a good match. It is also an opportunity for me to decide whether or not I will be able to help you.


This will be discussed during the initial appointment. A session is approximately 53 minutes. All sessions are virtual via HIPAA compliant video platform.


I do accept some insurances. Check with therapist to see how to get your insurance verified and for information on what copay/deductible you may owe.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the cancellation fee of $50.00.

All major credit cards are accepted (to include HSA and FSA) via Ivy Pay for payment at the time of services.

Intake Forms

You will be required to fill out intake forms in full prior to your intake session being scheduled and confirmed. All forms are fillable via online client portal and should not have to be printed out to complete
